Maria's News          to Shopping Basket Thank you for stopping in. There have been some major changes at Scandinavian Touch. We have closed our physical store, and from now on will only have our Online store. I needed to partially retire, and decided that our Internet store will be the way to reach more customers. I want to spend time with family, and especially my two little grand daughters Amanda 5, and Elizabeth 2. We will still be attending the two Scandinavian festivals where we have been selling for many years. ScanFest is held at Vasa Park, Budd Lake, NJ on Sunday of the Labor Day Weekend. For information go to www.scanfest.org . Scandinavian Christmas Bazaar is held at the Municipal Center in Old Bridge, NJ on the Weekend before Thanksgiving (2 days). I will put up notices here in good time about these events. We sill add some new items in the first part of 2008, and then Christmas items in late Summer to early Fall. A note about our Categories - of the main list to the left, many have sub categories, and sub categories under the subs. For instance Home Decor - click "Candle Holders" - and get a new menu that also includes "Candles". Under "Gifts" we have Gift Certificates if you cannot decide what to buy. They are in amounts between $25.00 and $100.00. When you add one of these to your shopping cart, we will register it with a unique number and keep track of it. We will also adjust the shipping charge, which is determined by the amount of money spent. In the case of a Gift Certificates, we will charge $1.00 for postage, unless you want it shipped faster.
